We have a single room 'suite', with attached bathroom and kitchen, at our place.

We are looking for a 'boarder' to rent this for $220pw, or $250pw if a couple.

It is available from Monday 31st January.

It is all self-contained, but technically is a ‘boarding’ situation, as it is inside the same house...

- Hence we seek someone quiet, and preferably female.

1. -we pay all power and water, provide local phone and 10BG internet etc.
   

2. -(Note - price to be reassessed after 3 months only if power usage is excessive)
   

- Has own car park and entrance door.

About us

We are a married couple with 3 young boys, living up stairs. I am in Christian ministry. My wife is a full-time mum. We’ve NZers, and been back in NZ one year after nearly 9 years in Asia.

About the unit

It is fully equipped with... 

- queen sized bed and dressers, with all linen etc.

-  lounge suite with TV, and free internet access (up to about 10GB per month)

1. -dining table (all these are in one L-shaped room).
   

- A separate fully equipped kitchen (all appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots etc...)

- A separate bathroom, including toilet, basin, shower and washing machine.

 

We are on a bus route within 4km of Bethlehem (41 Otumoetai Rd).

Someone quiet is preferred, who doesn’t mind hearing our busy fun-loving children in the background now and again.
